In June 2025, Peter and Inge Denolf-Boedts acquired Herman Desserts from Herman and Pasca Roobroeck-Smet. Through their passion, expertise and years of dedication, Herman and Pasca built a strong reputation that Peter and Inge are proud to carry forward today.

Since its foundation in 1986, Herman Desserts has stood for artisanal dairy desserts, with craftsmanship and innovation at the heart of everything we do. As a family-owned company, we produce a wide range of fresh and frozen desserts for both retail and foodservice markets.
